Benn Jeffries is from Wellington, New Zealand. His work has appeared in The New York Times, the New Zealand Listener, Solar Journal and several other publications. In 2024, he won the Frank Sargeson Prize, New Zealand’s most coveted short story award for his story ‘Greywacke’. His work has also been nominated for a Pushcart Prize. He has an MFA from Columbia University in New York.
